Such a wonderful experience. Taking kids to the dentist can be difficult, but the team took their time and made my kids feel so calm and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful professional explained that they were doing and what I needed for my dental health and letting me know that my insurance hadn't been processed yet but would call me and let me know what insurance would be paying and what my part of the bill will be . So will receive a call tomorrow or when insured is processed through main office and will set up appointments for work to get done . Was very pleased with there effort to make sure I know all the details that will be happing . Would recommend them to any family or friends

The team here is OUTSTANDING with compassion, patience, and understanding. I had to conquer my biggest fear today by going to the dentist, by far Dr. Jordan and her team went above beyond to make sure I wasn’t scared and instead reassured how strong I am and how willing the Dr. is to help elevate the pain. Friendly people, went out of their way to figure out our insurance. Saved us a lot of money. The office and adjoining rooms were spotless. Highly recommended.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but my experience at this DentalWorks in Parma made me love going to the Dentist! I haven't gone to the dentist for years but this whole staff, was so nice and took away any apprehension I was feeling. Very professional, but the environment was laid back and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommended for scaredy cats like me!

Dr.Jordan and the staff are the absolute best! I have had horrible experiences with the dentist, and they take all my anxiety away!!! I even bring my son there and my husband is going to start going there! 10/10 stand up professionals!!!

The amazing ladies at this location made me feel at ease and kept me informed the whole way through. I came in for tooth pain on a Friday morning and was in and out (X-Rays/Comp Exam/Consultation) in an hour and a half. Best dental care and service I’ve received in a very long time, thank you!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible billing problems eith them. After being a patient for over 20 years, I've decided to leave. Ongoing billing issues. Sent me to collection after promising me not to worry about that. I spent hours each month trying to convince them the bill is incorrect. I was apologized to many times, and promised things will get better. A new manager finally was able to take a look and agreed there's a billing error. I ended up getting credit balance. She was able to fix the collection issues. However, the billing errors continued. Please review your bills
