No customer service at all. The staff always have their face mask below their noses and they are instructing everyone to wear a mask very rudely. The staff is not only unprofessional but also racist , at the counter they see your colour and then decide how they are going to talk to you also i had a hair in my pasta . Shame on you guys.

Probably the WORST food i have ever eaten in the whole of geelong. EVER! Lady admitted it was all frozen food but figured it wouldn't be 'that' bad. Scallop was i dont even know, rank! Anemic soggy mushy fake fish. The crab stick wasnt a stick more of a knob, a very dry knob. Chips were like 3 day old reheated s**t. I had some sort of freezer burnt rock cake. Im also not sure what it was. Anyway save ya money and go to maccy d's.

A staple of geelong after-hours food and drinks. K-cafe is worth its weight in gold. Food is amazing, and service is nothing short of perfect. Thanks for a lovely meal, can't wait for my next.

I ordered pizza but It's a hair in the pizza, i took a bite and see hair was under the mushroom. It's only a 24 hour joint for food in Geelong and they are not looking for a hygiene. It's a shame!

Great pizzas at reasonable prices and friendly staff makes for an enjoyable experience. Will return and will recommend.

Ordered an Aussie pizza with extra egg and salami. Egg not cooked through (still translucent) and it was throughout the whole pizza. I’ve had great pizzas from this place before that’s why I’m not giving you 1 star. Lift your game, paid $40 to have it delivered only to receive a soggy oily pizza with uncooked egg.

I'd rather eat a cooked bat and start a new covid pandemic. Than ever visit this place again. Overpriced and who the hell puts cinnamon in meat. Chips where overcooked, chicken souvlaki was basically a vegetarian wrap and the customer service was pathetic. Steer clear and support local fish and chip and pizza shops

They use Foodhub to deliver their food. If the drivers take your food to the wrong address, they blame you. And you even hear them on the phone say “they probably got the food, they just want their money as well”. Given the drivers take photos, I am not stupid, I know my home: when the food is at someone else’s home, that is YOUR issue Kardinia Cafe and FoodHub. Don’t blame your customers for being victims of your incompetence. And I don’t recommend anything. It was trash 15 years ago and it’s still trash now

You won’t get better value and quality for under $20 elsewhere, their chicken Parma and seafood platter are FANTASTIC value.

I had the worst dining experience. DO NOT eat here. Not worth your money and time. Firstly, the service was horrible and the staff were rude. They messed up the order, and gave us the wrong food. When we explained what had happened, they made a snide threatening comment.

Highly recommend the cheese bread with mixed dips!! Souvlaki was on point alongside wedges with sour cream & sweet chilli. I will be sure to pop in again on my drive through from Melbourne! Great friendly service staff to make it memorable 👍👌

Fantastic place very chill great vibe, looks like a huge menu, fact that it’s open 24 hours is fantastic, stayed here for about 5 hours in the middle of the night and all the staff were lively and friendly offering to get me more to eat/drink. Fantastic coffee Appreciate it so much

The females that work behind the counter are rude and bossy. Maybe they need to realise they work in customer service.. serving customers, not bossing people around where to stand, and then maybe you might actually get an order correct every now and then.

My friend, myself and my daughter have been coming here for a few months now to have a catch up and have tea. We cannot fault the food. It is absolutely beautiful. And we love the no fuss atmosphere because we feel relaxed. Staff are quiet but very pleasant. I love that too. We had a new waitress this week and she was fantastic and so lovely and will be an asset to your business.

Was craving something vege based all day and ordered a delicious felafel in souvlaki bread, recommended by the lovely wait staff. Absolutely hit the spot alongside the crispiest wedges I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back again! The cheesy garlic pizza and dips were also delish!

Great coffees 24x7 one can enjoy a coffee chat late night. Service needs to be improved a lot. Especially a smile can make a lot of difference.

Came after nightshift desperately wanting a feed as I forgot to bring my dinner. The owner happily provided a delicious souvilaki and had some Wonderful story's and conversations to have. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow cool place. Good hot food. You should try the 'kardinia special steak sandwich lot' meal. Thats a good one. The staff a so pleasing. Good place to hang out with friends. Specially sportsminded ones. All place covered with souvenirs of athletes.

Couldn't actually get food, menlog, deliverroo and uber all claimed they won't deliver through there apps. Called to organise delivery and apparently they rely on these services to offer delivery. Mistake as I've now ordered elsewhere since I couldn't get food from them . I'd advise looking into this on a Saturday night especially.

Love their chips gravy and cheese, they get better and better everytime, every time I’m down in Geelong I have to stop by and get one it really puts the nail in the coffin

I had the most amazing poached eggs on avacardo toast cooked to perfection I will be back I am back ... I had the best burger "Juicy, big, loaded with toppings "High quality beef medium to well with cheese and bacon on a multigrain bun." "A huge double burger with all the trimmings, egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and special sauce!”

For a takeaway bar at almost 1am, to be open and get food. It's exactly what I needed after driving 6hrs today. Thank you for the friendly service, accommodating my order and fast. Very happy. I had the ham, cheese and pineapple toastie and a burger with the lot, minus the egg.

Wow, now this is an establishment. For a place with food so good to be open 24/7 is even better than finding a pegasus that can be yours and fly you anywhere. K Caf has a great team of staff that are always bright and helpful. Their kitchen team smashes out High quality food every time and thus is proved because every security guard in geelong is in there on a Sunday morning for a feed. This place is truly UNREAL.
