I'll start with something a little annoying, but I don't want it to reflect my view. The service was really oddly slow, we weren't attended to that often and when we were it was really brief and to-the-point. We ordered appetizers, and then they arrived and we had finished them. We had to literally ask a busser to see if anyone can take our order because our waitress was nowhere to be seen. We had wanted to put in our order earlier as some of our dishes would be known to take longer to make, however we had just sat longer without food due to the large gap in time. Then after we had finished eating as well there was an unnecessary gap of time between the time our plates had been taken and the time the waitress had come back with dessert menu / asking for the check. Regardless, the food is spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised by the red snapper, which was fried to an incredible extent. Skin was very crispy, some of the bones were so fried they were nice and crunchy. The fish itself was great, well seasoned (not over salted like most places you order a fried fish), and paired really well with the sauce provided. I would definitely come back here and probably eat at the bar or something to get drinks and food a lot faster :)

This is a really good place to go to. Food is absolutely delicious. You really can’t go wrong on selecting any of the dishes. Drinks are good too. Service is excellent. May be pricey on some of the dishes but comparable to other places. Parking no issue. I tried the Cubano and it was tasty. Overall, can’t go wrong on trying this place.

What an incredible restaurant in such a non-assuming strip mall storefront. Don't let its location fool you this restaurant was a home-run! Our food was OUTSTANDING. The best steak I've had in years and my mother said her shrimp dish was incredible! The guacamole & plantain chips were excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and prompt with serving. The atmosphere was comfortable, lively and felt "tropical". Really cannot say enough good about this place. We were out of town for business and this happened to be next to our hotel. Next time we come back this way we will definitely come back for more! Great job!!

This place is amazing. ! The skirt steak and cerviche are the best in town. A Lovely staff and warm atmosphere round out the holy trinity of great food , service and decor. As locals we take people here from out of town, it’s that good !

My boy recommended so we went on his birthday. Had the pork. It was okay but the sauce was a little bitter. The margaritas were good and the beer was good too. The service was great they always checked up onus and were very friendly. I would go back and try something different.

Every dish was presented and tasted well. Cooked to a perfect temperature. The service was just right. Knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Highly recommend...

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would! This is my number one favorite place to eat. The salmon a la plancha is the best I’ve ever had. Rice had plantains mixed in which was fantastic. You really can’t go wrong with any dish. Up-scale pan-Latin cuisine at its finest. The service is fast as well.

This was a favorite restaurant when I lived in the area and it is every bit as delicious today. The menu is diverse and every dish I have tried is delicious. Nice atmosphere and staff. We spent a lot but definitely over ordered.

Was working in Connecticut, so I stayed at a local hotel. It was almost 9pm, so most places were closed. I was really in the mood for tacos or quesadillas, so I tried this place out. It was a short walk from the hotel, and one of the few places still open. The host directed me to the bar. It was a nice crowd, very friendly atmosphere. I ordered a margarita. It was pretty good. The menu had a good selection. Decided to try the ceviche. It was good, a very New England take on it, topped with avacado. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend this place if you want Mexican.

A friend told me about this place and the food is amazing. I recommend trying this place out for yourself. Everything on their menu is delicious and their prices are very affordable.

Food was really delicious, standouts are avocado salad, watermelon salad, skirt steak skewers, duck. Service was excellent as well. A little on the pricey side but well worth it.

The food and service was amazing until the end of the night,when the manager displayed microaggressions against people of color. We spent a lot of money there that afternoon and he should never take out his frustration on the customers...very bad look. We deserve an apology at the very least.

Do not Americanize this place lol. That’s the main reason why we keep coming back. Keep the culture and the vibe. If someone doesn’t like it they can eat at McDonald’s. Hahahah Jk jk. Excellent service, cool atmosphere, and AMAZING food! The Arroz Con Pollo with Jasmine rice, shredded chicken sofrito, chorizo, green peas, citrus cabbage slaw, and sweet plantains is probably one of my favorite dishes to order when I visit CT. It's packed with extraordinary flavor. This chef seriously knows what he/she is doing! A must-stop for sure!!! ♥️ 📸
