    Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I would have caught the name of the man that was working because he was extremely rude and tried to force his political opinions down my throat. I politely asked him if he could offer me a mask because I didn’t realize I would need one after being vaccinated. He began to scold me for not wearing a mask after being vaccinated saying, “BIG MISTAKE. Over 5000 people have died from COVID that were vaccinated, I would suggest that you wear a mask going forward”. AFTER THAT he began interrogating me on what I was shipping, implying that I was shipping alcohol. Overall, awful experience and it ruined my day.

    Rude staff that always seem annoyed by your general presence. The last time, I came in with an item to return with a prepaid shipping label. I didn’t have any packing tape, so I couldn’t tape it down at home. The lady seemed extremely ticked off by this and started lecturing me on how I should’ve had everything taped down and no one else would tape it down for me. Then, charged me for a full roll of tape just for taping it down. The attitude was far too much. If I needed something done maybe just tell me and I’ll fix it, instead of putting me down and acting like I’m just some dumb college student.

    If you're lucky you may meet a patient staff who could help with your request. But usually you would meet a terrible staff without greetings, would not understand your requests, and unlikely to help you. (As a side note, students usually work for the UPS at Regent St. You rarely find students here. I'm being very subjective here, but at least students are friendly.)

    I wondered why this USPS only had 3 stars and now I know exactly why. The workers were short and seemed annoyed that you were there. Only 2 customers in the building at a time (which I understand) but they would yell at a person that accidently came in unaware of the rule like it was the end of the world. I came with a prepaid label from a company outside of usps and didn't have any packing tape so I kindly asked if I could use some tape to attach the label onto my package. The worker, obviously annoyed, said that I was supposed to come with the package ready and that she will tape it only this one time. If you are sending a package, go to a FedEx where the workers are nice, will take care of your package, and its not that expensive.

    Absolutely rude, the guys called Mel and Preston was awful, they refuse to give me a bag to put in the stuff I want to mail, and they refuse to tape it even if I have my own bags

    My experience here has been hit or miss. There is this blonde lady who works here that moves at a snail's pace despite there being a line of 5+ people. She was doing the bare minimum and was taking her sweet time despite so many people waiting. She took forever to process people's packages and did the bare minimum when people needed clarification on different types of shipping. She was kind of condescending. It's like she expected people to already know the ins and outs of how shipping through USPS works. It was frustrating to see because the demographic here is college students so some are probably shipping things for the first time. Other times, it's been quick and easy. There used to be this friendly older white man who worked here who was very pleasant but I don't see him anymore.

    Extremely rude!! The postal service guy behind the counter (Clerk #05) my goodness he doesn't have to be so rude! It was my first time there, and I will never be back!!! Get a life dude...IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS!! I had on my mask 😷!!!

    Ridiculous service. They didn’t know the latest announced criteria for sending items and just accepted my package without any risk warning. Now the package was returned and they accused me of not declaring the item in extreme details. How about YOUR responsibilities?

    Idk why the hate, I come every Saturday and the dude at the counter is like super duper nice. I've never had a bad experience here ngl. The staff has always been super helpful and nice to me so ....

    The staff’s not helpful and don’t know what she’s doing. Now I understand what other reviewers said that they make you feel small. I’ve never felt this sad after sending a package lol.

    The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Nor-eese (unsure how to spell the name so that’s the phonetic pronunciation) who went above and beyond in recommending to me the best way to get my package out.

    I had a great experience. A package of mine was lost. I waited in line and the wonderfully nice staff was able to find my package and it was delivered the next day! Thanks A+++!

    Staff was really rude and creepy. Took so long to send one box and one worker kept trying to touch my hand and was making inappropriate comments. 0/10 experience.

    My recent visit to USPS was disappointing in several ways. The customer service was rude, displaying a belittling tone and lack of consideration. There was no upfront information about the services offered in the store, leaving customers uninformed. Moreover, the necessity to purchase a roll of tape for basic packaging was inconvenient and felt like an unnecessary expense. The lack of this basic provision reflects poorly on the customer-centricity of USPS. Adding to the negative experience, I overheard employees talking disrespectfully about customers, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the encounter with USPS was unpleasant, and it raises serious questions about the quality of service provided by the organization.
