Hello, I wanted to give a review on my services that I received the end of September at your Coral Square Location. My mother and I came into the store to get a few pieces of our jewelry repaired. The woman Susan was helping us but she was not of great help. She was asking manager "Carina" for help and the manager seemed as though she did not want to help her get us taken care of. I felt less than because all Susan kept saying is that I don’t have warranty and there is nothing they can do. Very dismissive.If she took the time and looked for warranty she would of seen I actually did have one. BUT if it was not for Dee who took us under her wing and took care of us I would have definitely walked out of the store. Dee was patient with us and helped us settle everything we needed done. Dee is an All Star! She deserves 5 Star Ratings.There needs to be MORE like her working at this branch. Thank You Dee!

Not every Kiss begins with Kay. On Nov 28, 2021 approx 12:15pm. My husband and I arrived at Coral Springs, FL . All the staff were with clients, but it was not busy. Only one person said hello, that was the young lady in the front of the store. Once the salesperson was done, instead of acknowledging us, she took a client that just walked in. I looked at my husband and waited a few minutes before I said anything. Still no acknowledgement from anyone. I spoke up and said excuse me, because I believed we were next, she didn’t reply back. She completely ignored us. Part of me felt that the client that walked in looked like money and was white. Just being honest the guest had a Gucci bag, dressed nicely, while my husband and I were very dressed comfortably and my husband is black . We were there to upgrade my wedding ring, We have been saving up for this. This was supposed to be a beautiful and joyous day. Unfortunately, that did not occur at this location. We both felt that the salesperson assumed we couldn't afford to be there or would waste her time. I walked out of the store in tears. Thankfully, we went to your Pompano Beach Location where Armani & Jason were absolutely pleasant, kind, apologetic to what we just went through. We were able to find my perfect ring and we truly enjoyed our time at this location.

Rodger and Dee were amazing help. I went in to get a ring sized and they took me right away , explained everything and how the process works. They even showed me some of their favorite jewelry and made the experience nice and easy.

Many thanks to Roger for his patience and expertise! I have no doubt that my husband will love his new 10k Gold Rope Chain. I’m especially happy to have found it at an affordable price! It’ll be a wonderful Father’s Day! Thank you.

I wish I could say you’re getting a deal here but you’re getting ripped off. Nothing you buy here is worth what you pay for it. For example, I bought a Diamond ring for $2500 and I took it to a friend of mine who appraises jewelry and it was actually only worth $500. So they markup excruciatingly high and all they’re doing is taking your money. Don’t waste your time in here. The associates are just looking for sales and they could care less. If you want nice jewelry, you’re better off going to a mom n pop store or something along those lines.

Hello. I walked in to Kay’s and Roger addressed me with a happy face and smile. Roger was so polite, kind, patient with me. He updated my warranty information and was very friendly. He was a pleasure to see him this Sunday morning. It’s people like Roger that make you enjoy and feel comfortable about shopping and spending your hard earned money.. Keep up the good work Roger.

Super awesome service from the ladies here!. Everyone was caring and thorough when taking my order. When I came to pick it up it was everything I expected. Again with great customer service! I will always use this Kay Jewelers location as my jeweler.

DEE is AMAZING! I walked in and was greeted. The employees at the main register informed me that i would be helped momentarily. Without hesitation she assisted me, I instantly felt special. She cleaned my jewelry and assisted me with getting my ring fixed. We talked the entire time and she was very informative about my warranty that I wasn’t aware of. She definitely deserves a raise or some kind of incentive, really a “one of a kind employee” !! Thank you again Dee for your genuine customer service, it is greatly appreciated!!

If you’re looking for the perfect ring I mean THE PERFECT ring Kay in Coral Springs mall is the place to go and Arianna and Zenia are the best literally they were extremely helpful very patient and they made sure I walked out happy. Thank you ladies

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dee. She was very inviting and super helpful. I was not looking to buy at the time but going through the process of looking at rings for my fiance we found the one and was able to get it on the spot. What is ironic is she helped my fiance find my ring for our engagement so how funny is it to come full circle a year later for her to care of me as well. This place is full of PREJUDICE! I just got engaged on 5/6 and my fiancé wanted me to pick out a ring I would be happy with since he’s not good at that. We went to Kay’s and we waited close to 20min. We are an African American couple and unfortunately we were made aware of that. After waiting for so long , we weren’t even acknowledged. The sales woman looked me in my face multiple times and never said one word. Her look to me seems like we didn’t have the money to be in there. I decided to make it known by saying to my fiancé..let’s go because I don’t think our kind is wanted here and of course everyone turns around and looks at me. The crazy part about all of this is I actually saw a ring I liked and I had a $12,000 limit to spend and they missed out because of being judge mental. This happened at the Coral Springs Mall location.

Worst company ever took my ring to get fixed 1 small diamond turns into a 1800 cost and tells me they can't fix just one what a rip off I will write a review everyday.

I went to Coral Springs location to pick up my ring and was annoyed because a guy served another couple who walked in after me instead of asking who was next. He was very nasty with his attitude towards me. Ge clearly does not have customer service skills and should be behind a desk without contact with people. The staff composed of women seemed much mote inviting. With my profession, I always treat clients with respect. He shpuld receive some customer service training.

They definitely need to work on client services, follow up and Record keeping. I was told it would be 4 weeks for service and not only did it take 9 weeks, I had to call them every week after the promise date to inquire the status of my ring. Additionally, the Manager Nicky never followed up with me the 3 different days I called as she was busy every time I called. Not once did she reach out either before the end of the shift or another day.

The manager lets her employees handle situations that it’s her job to actually handle. I was very disappointed, my husband and I love Kay Jewelers however, we had some issues with one of the rings we purchased and when I tried explaining to the manager what happened she just walked away and said her employee will handle it . Will not longer be coming to this location.

I came here 3 times. Each time I came the service was incredibly slow. The first time was me picking up a necklace. The last two times I came here was to try to solve a problem from the first time I came here. The second time I came I returned the necklace I bought because it was bad quality and I couldnt use it. I went to see if I could buy another one to see if it was just a problem with the necklace I had and they treated me as if I was wrong, even though the necklace was clearly broken. The third, and last time I went was to pick up the necklace that I had ordered the last time I went. They gave me the necklace and I looked at it and it was still broken, I explained the problem to the lady that was in training and she was being nice and explaining the problem it could have but then Nickly came and interrupted her and started telling me in a disrespectful way that the necklace is what it is and the only way to resolve this is by returning it.

I came into the store unsure of what ring I wanted to propose with and Carina made me feel so comfortable. Best customer service, and the ring was everything I wanted and more

The other day I was shopping for my wife and decided to walk into Kay Jewelers at the Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the employee Ms. Carina. She answered all of my questions and gave me excellent service. A true credit to any organization. Thank you
