Very classic brand, I know they have very yummy mango cake, can beat their cake’s flavor. But they really need to pay more attention on their food hygiene and safety. I ordered a chestnut cake from them, and my family found a piece of steel wire inside the cake! This can choke people so bad and even cause to death, hope the bakery will take this seriously, as in Canada this shouldn’t be happen, we are considering to contact sanitary office and report this issue

Their popular and well-known mango cake is truly one of the best out there. It is generously covered in sliced mangos and mango chunks inside. It was very fresh and not overly sweet. The low reviews are indeed accurate about the service. There is one particular lady who can be quite rude and abrasive so you'll be lucky to catch her on a good day. The interaction with staff is fairly short so the cake is still worth it imo.

2022 December 3.5★ Thinking of this place? It's worth a try. Buns are OK. Prices ranging from $1.60 to just under $3. Pretty standard flavors everywhere and prices reasonable. They have 薩騎馬 which not many places have. This Mango cake ~$38 for a small is quite good. Lots of Mango and the cake is nice and fluffy. Mangos very fresh. Though at this time, a bit more sour/tart as it's not in season. Would try it in the summer.

Their cakes 🎂are excellent, especially the fresh, mouthwatering mango cake. Their black forest cake is also very good. All the cakes can be custom made and they make 6 types of egg tart too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served all day. Their menu includes a large variety of drinks, sandwiches, baked items, noodles and rice.

I ordered a mango cake for my papa’s birthday and everybody loves it!! Presentation is nice, it’s super fresh as they make many cakes daily. This bakery is like a mini cake factory where they bring out fresh cake from the back when customers come walk in without a pre order. It’s best to order a day in advance to guarantee availability. Finally came to this bakery for its well-known and popular fresh mango cake. The cake was full of fresh mangos and its so good that for sure I would come back for it. Service was good too.

It is my first time to purchase a cake from here cuase I hear that the Mango cake is very delicious. Then I ordered on from UnberEats, quite disappointed！You can see the mango from inside is not fresh and turning its color into black！I won't consider to have any cake from here anymore.

I always order my mango cakes from this store as the quantity and the quality are equally just as impressive. They do sell other Chinese delicacies but the main attraction are the mango cakes. The store owner is really friendly and they make to order these special cakes for any occasion. On my first bite of the cake, the overall taste is pure mango decidence with home made whip cream and extra layers of mangoes in between the sponge. This ranks as one of the top mango cakes I have tried.

I finally get a chance to try their famous fresh mango cake. I bought the 6” mango cake for $34. I arrived late in the afternoon and it was the last one. If you want to get one for sure, you better call to order in advance. The mango cake comes in two sizes. The bigger size 8” was $60. The cake was very fresh and the sweetness was just right. They used high quality in season mangoes. We enjoyed it very much!

If you want 12 or more and don’t want to be disappointed, give them a call 20 mins ahead of time and they will put aside and ensure you will be able to walk away with their world famous flaky egg tarts.

Home run Bakery shop. We tried Portuguese Egg Tart/ Curry Puff/ Curry Patty/ garlic bread and etc. All of them was just Yummy. We have pre ordered their very famous Mango cake. They have a lot of varieties of cookies and breads and cakes. Happy Eating

Getting mango cakes all the time. Fresh made and not overly sweet…my family loves it. I got mango cakes for friends and neighbours, it becomes their favourite too. One time I ordered Tiramisu for my husband, it was heavenly delicious. I understand that people might get deterred by their customer service. I was too… but I am sure that is not personal but just the way they talk. Hong-Kongese/ Cantonese accent tends to be louder than that of English language, intimidating us. But the ladies at the counter always try to accommodate and quickly made fresh for us when we went in without order.

Their signature cake was fresh and tasty but the lady was not friendly type so if you care about service, suggest not to set any expectation otherwise you'll be upset. That's the typical old school Chinese business attitude.

Best mango cake in town! They put A LOT of thick slices of mangos … if you love mangoes and you love cake, this is the place to be! They also have other Chinese pastries and cookies.

I know this place is known for their mango cakes (and we did try one a couple of years ago), but what I’ve been coming here for mostly are their egg tarts. IMHO, they have some of the best egg tarts in the city. As for their baos, selection isn’t great, but they’ll have your standard pineapple bub, bbq pork bun, etc.

One of my favorite bakeries. I feel their durian egg tarts and wife cakes are better than other bakeries. However, prices are a little high but worth it. Only downside is plaza is busy so hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

1-star for the delicious buns and hot milk tea. The place looks very unkempt. You can see exposed pastry and bread everywhere.. hopefully they're not for sale, but even so, they would attract pests. The cashier could use more customer service training. She was trying to ask us for our order while walking out to the back. She didn't come back after almost a minute, and even looked irritated asking for our order again.

The presentation of the cake is beautiful, and the chocolate plaque is very appealing. Even the restaurant attendant recognized the bakery just by looking at the cake. Mangos are fresh and sweet. The cake is fluffy. The overall taste is not too sweet. Usually, no one wants leftover cake. However, this was not the case yesterday. It was requested by many.

Outstanding fresh mango cakes! The staff are friendly and helpful. The mango comes in thick slices and are very sweet! Lots of mango compared to other bakeries. Lovely cake, and definitely will be back! Yes, it is a bit more expensive that other bakeries’ fresh mango cakes, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I bought a birthday cake recently. It's delicious and looks great, particularly the writing! The fruit is fresh while the cake is not too sweet. The price is reasonable.

Ordered some bbq pork buns. My second bite into the bun and there was a long piece of hair in my mouth coming from the bun. I spit out the hair immediately and I was utterly disgusted. I went inside to tell the worker and she told me to get another bbq to replace it. No apology, no offer of a refund, the worker didn't seem to really care. I didn't take a replacement bun as the baker could've left hair in the other buns as well. I just left and threw away the rest I purchased previously. Terrible experience and I will NEVER go back there.

I find the staff is rude and has no concept of customer service. I ordered from Too Good app, but the attitude, tone and demeanor of the lady staff was appalling. The product said bread and she primarily gave me tarts. I tried talking to her and asking but she condescendingly walked away murmuring something. I guess she needs to learn politeness and the fact that customer purchases makes the place earn money and pays her salary. I wanted to check this place as I had heard about their Mango cakes. I was going to order a big mango cake for my dad's upcoming birthday the coming weekend. Since I was headed to their store I decided to buy the Too Good from them as well. But after the rude impolite experience and misrepresentation of product on the Too Good app, I did not place the mango cake order. I will now get it from another bakery. I hope this bakery learns a lesson as they just lost an order and a potential client. I do not recommend them at all. I am sure other bakeries would have similar Mango cakes....

Best mango cakes we have had. Had the mango cake 4 times now and will go again. Way better than a couple others we have had in Toronto. Soft, mildly sweet, a layer of diced mango in between with a healthy layer of sliced mangos feathered in a circle on top. Mangoes are perfectly ripe, soft, sweet. They don’t make much else because they have perfected the mango cake. Chocolate sign is $5 extra. Order atleast 2 days in advance. Very chinese, straight to the point, decide fast. Their flaky pastry egg tarts are also the best!
