Dr. Heys and the entire team at Everwell Dentistry are true professionals, providing exceptional dental care with a personalized touch. I am a new patient, but they were very friendly and squeezed me into their schedule quickly after I experienced tooth pain. So far so good -- would recommend to others! Also they accept the UMich grad student dental insurance.

Dr. Embry is my favorite dentist that I have ever met. I wish I could take her with me when I move. She does such a great job of explaining things. The whole staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I have been seeing Dr. Heys for years. This is the best dental practice. Every staff member is friendly, knowledge and cares about the patients. Even after moving over 2 hours way, I'm keeping Dr. Heys and the Everwell Dentist team. The cleanliness of the office and examine rooms, continuous efforts to update their equipment to ensure their patients are getting the best care and welcoming environment make this a great option if you are looking for a new dentist.

Surprisingly this was the best dentist experience that I have had in my life so far. I really appreciated how through they were. The dentist assistant was great. He explained every single step and what he was doing so that there were no questions. He also was open to any questions I had and kindly answered in an understandable manner without jargon. Great patient interaction. The dentist too was good. There was no poking or hurting throughout the whole process. Everyone was very friendly. Hygienist also was nice, conversational. They were also very clear with all costs and what insurance would cover. Truly recommend. If I stay in Ann Arbor this will definitely be a dentist I stay with. It made me think of how if insurances are now moving to value-based care, I think this dentist place would do such a good job making sure there is nothing wrong so there are less complications in the future. Strongly recommend!

I love coming to Embree Dentistry! I have visited this office 3 times since moving to Ann Arbor for various appointments, and have gotten into an exam room quickly each time. I am treated respectfully by all of the employees. Dr. Embree even remembers details about her clients and makes sure to ask you about them at each visit. The location is clean, and they use high-tech tools that I did not see at my previous dentist. My first cleaning was quick, virtually painless, and my teeth felt great when I left.

Love this office! Everyone there is caring, thorough and genuinely great at what they do. Highly recommend.

My first visit was a brief one resulting from an emergency situation (even though I was a new patient, I was seen within two days). Dr. Heys' exam was just what I needed: confirmation of a major problem and referral to an oral surgeon. A few months later I went for a cleaning and a consult on what to do after the extraction of the problem tooth. The office staff was efficient and friendly; the dental hygienist was excellent; and Dr. Heys and her assistant were welcoming and professional. My options regarding a permanent bridge were carefully and fully explained. I'm 100% satisfied and very happy to have found an excellent team after a recent move to this area.

I've been to my fair share of dentists, but I have to say I was genuinely impressed with Everwell. Great COVID precautions, super friendly people. All the equipment is great and clean. They took my x-rays right in the seat--these sort of minor details add up for a nice experience. In terms of expertise, it was clear to me they were top notch. They even seemed to know what resin my old fillings were made of. They took way more measurements than other places and pulled my x rays right up and looked at areas of concern with me. I'm sure this stem from the fact that the people I talked to had studied at U of M, which is of course world class (so I can only assume they have a great dental program). I had a dentist in the past that would mention various interesting biological facts about teeth and how to keep them healthy, which I've always enjoyed and found useful. I would be interested in hearing more about that from them, especially since they are so knowledgeable, but I realize that some customers would want just the opposite. Their registration form is easy to fill out and in-depth (which I think is a good though). They got my insurance all connected up so I just walked in and walked out--no fuss! I've had some dentists try to push services on me, or even tell me that I should have some whitening done! Everwell was very matter of fact: here is where you are on the whiteness scale. If you are happy with that great, if not--we can help! All in all, I will be returning to the excellent institution.

Been going here for years, but the quality has slowly gone down. Dr. Heys is great but I have never had a good experience with Dr. Embree. The last visit was the last straw. Starts off with me sitting in the dental chair with Dr. Embree, where she was "double checking" that I paid all my bills with them before starting the check up, really weird as I always pay at the counter after every visit. Then she proceeds to do a botched, rushed, and quite painful dental cleaning herself. She ended up chipping my tooth from how aggressive and rushed she was, and she didn't even notice. After looking at myself in the mirror in the car, I immediately called the office noticing my front tooth chipped, got put on hold, then was told "it was highly unlikely I broke your tooth that's not possible" and she got defensive. Then proceeded to say to come back after a few hours because she was busy. I had to wait at a coffee shop nearby and come back when she was free where she examined my tooth, quickly realized she had chipped my tooth, and did another rushed, painful job to repair the chip. She didn't say a word to me until the end, where, instead of apologizing to me, she had the audacity to say "we're going to do the repair free of charge" as if that was something to be thankful for.
