Long-standing tour company chain offering a variety of city tours by bus throughout North America.

😠 I tried to score at Casa do Vale, Évora. When they answered, they were very friendly and said they had availability. When I said they had a Lifecooler voucher, they were rude and said they had no available rooms. Then I go online, and they have as many available. How to classify these people?

👍👍 We got the family ticket for €70 for 48 hours. Then we took a tram ride followed by a bus one later down the day. After reading the reviews we prepared for the worst. But it was great, we loved the tram tour, with so many places to see. Audio worked as expected. Tram was just what you want, not too...

😠 They don't have any proper guidelines. Waiting time is more than 1 hr or sometimes 2 hrs and drivers don't stop the buses. I think its waste of time and money
