😠 They are scammers! They canceled my retired grandmother's trip HOURS before the trip and they still haven't returned her money. Nor do they answer our repeated claims. We will proceed with legal actions.

😠 The agency operates at the road runner campsite, we went there to find out and they told us that the excursion cost 400 pesos. Later in the plaza they offered it to us again but at 500, on top of that telling us that they gave us a price and left it to us at 450. Not serious, not professional.

😐 It takes time to respond to emails, sometimes they don't respond. Whatsapp didn't work. When they responded to the email, they were objective and helped. They answer conventional phone calls quickly and are attentive.

😠 They never returned the money nor did they show more face to reach an agreement.
