Worst rated Gardens in Belgium

😠 Should come the 1st time but doesn't come, ring again, comes the 2nd time. Must send a quote but don't send it, sound heard saying I'm sending it to you, still no quote after 3/4 weeks. An incredible lack of seriousness and organization.
