Kad je kćer došla u 16h na dogovoreni pregled ( iz Zaprešića!!) rečeno joj je da doktorice nema do 17.30. Rekli su da su zvali da obavijeste, ali se nitko nije javio - što nije istina jer...

😠 Very unpleasant nurses and organization is bad. They rarely answer phone calls, you have to call at least 10 times for them to pick up. Not to mention that they don't know about basic nice manners such as "Hello! Here you go. Goodbye!" Would not recommend to anyone.

🫤 Almost 20% more expensive than other private clinics in the area and can’t say they compensate it on the quality of client service, quite the opposite, the staff ignores emails and forces you to call them to get answers to simple questions.Which is another cost if you’re calling from your uk number....
