👍👍 This is one of the Air France KLM offices at the KIA in Accra. Is one of the best. They have a nice place to wait before it gets to your turn. Have good customer service. If you want to book your flight or pay or even change dates, you can come over to do so.

😠 Worst experience, no sense of professionalism. No assistance of any director or manager when needed. Agents didn't help through the same issue after two times of visiting, but all they did is laugh about my issue. I met the same agents in my two visits and there attitude is like they own the office...
