😐 Beware before u buy a unit here. The electrical system is centralised. If u have a little overload u cannot reset from your safety cutoff switch inside the room. U have to wait for the engineering guy to reset from central electricity board located on each floor. Such a stupid waste of time.

👍👍 Nice place. Nice security. Safe place. I could walk around the apartment safely at 2 o'clock in the morning because of insomnia. But it is quite crowded apartment and the parking area is quite messy.

😠 Located next to train station, very NOISY you will hear the train siren the whole day even on the high floor.. Not recommended.. very bad!! Exterior looks great but interior detail very poor, especially in public area
