👍👍 Excellent mini hike, quite tough in places. Make sure to read the signs...If you can't see the waterfall from the Car Park then it's dry. Still a nice hike and views of the lake.

👍👍 Extremely beautiful place, gorgeous view's from every angle. Easy enough climb even for someone who isn't fit. There are plenty of trails and walks all around the whole surrounding area. Beautiful all around the Knocknarea area and a busy little town in very near by Strandhill.

👍👍 We really enjoy to walking this area when we went to visit the area during the weekend. The path is very well indicated by different signs and it is easy to walk. The views from here are great and in a sunny clear day, you are able to see the river.

👍👍 Absolutely love Slishwood. You arrive to a big carpark. As you drive in there is a walk to the right, this one is short and abruptly ends so not my favourite. 👍👍 Brilliant contemporary art gallery in Sligo, that's free to visit. It houses the Niland collection, which focuses on the artist Jack B Yeats. The gallery has art exhibitions, performing art events and talks throughout the year. There's cafe, cinema and a shop in the building.
