🫤 Small mall .. lots of non kosher restaurants a kosher pizza hut in side and some other restaurant not worth mentioning. A couple of coffee and cake places and a non kosher supermarket. For all your non kosher needs 7 days a week and a handful of stores that might interest you.. It's still small so...

😐 Closed on Saturdays.

😐 Good potential for a small, local shopping center. Some of the stores are empty for long time, but the other stores that are occupied are nice and good variety of food stores and bakeries are there. Parking is free inside the place or outside.

👍👍 יש את כל מה שילדים צריכים: גלידרייה, מאפייה, חנות ממתקים, ג'ימבורי, סופר, קספומט, מסעדה עם פיצות והמבורגרים. יש אמפי עם רחבה. מזרקות משחק ברחבה. ושדרה ירוקה עם מגוון נדנדות קפיץ. תמיד יש מלא אנשים

🫤 Maccabi, pizzeria, beautician and brokerage... not really a shopping mall. Hardly a commercial center. Parking is a pain
