👍👍 Находится в горах горного гиганта. Просторный двор охраняемый и с детской площадкой. Высота домов не высокая поэтому двор не перегружен людьми и машинами. Охаран 24 на 7. Кск работает четко. Подъехать можно с Назарбаева, Сейфулина, Альфарби, и оспанова. Много подъездных путей.

👍 Жилой комплекс NS Tau можно отнести к жилью бизнес класса.
Просторная входная группа. Из холла можно пройти в 2а крыла, в каждом по 2а лифта .
Холл выглядит достаточно презентабельно.
Квартиры просторные.
К минусам :
- Неудобные подъездные пути, только с Аль - Фараби.
- Маленькая детская площа...
