😠 We came in at 4pm..they are offering 3.55% FD rate atm but it only applies to those who have the savings account.Those who have fresh funds like me needed to open a savings account ,spoke to 2 officers Chinese and Indian lady the one who tried to help but alas thgs turned to another turn after goin...

😠 Rubbish bank. So slow like tortoise. I think tortoise is more faster. Plus the old indian lady over there is very rude. Go to other bank people.

😠 The worst service here, waiting line is too long. Took about 3 hours just for queuing only. The line start outside, when your turn inside, apparently there’s no one at the counter. No wonder have to wait so long. Please improve your system, it’s not efficient at all, kesian pak cik2/mak cik2 outside...

😠 Please do improve your service. Have been waited for 2 hours just for debit card changing. At down stairs waited for an hour to get our number only. Then went up stairs have to wait again. Then got called go to counter thought settled, but still not. Have to go to another counter. What else, WAIT ag...

😠 Operation hours quite disappointed, being informed by staff said that bank open from 9:30am to 12:30pm break time until 2:30pm resume back but when I reached at 11:40am being told counter already closed!

👍👍 bank of china (m) berhad awesone staff's are very frendly and it's took time for me less then 10min payment for a hong kong visa processing free have to pay here quit nice place. note : people republic of china embassy & consulate of hong kong &macau all foreinger apply visa for( Hong Kong /Macau)...

😠 Extremely slow and customer service is horrendous, some of the staffs are always gloomy, slow and unfriendly as heck. Really set a low standard of a bank.

😠 Very bad n slow service,its take 2 hour to open new account.the staff just like racist.complain about other client with other staff is not good attitude.dont have customer service.treat client just like rubbish.

😠 Bad service, ATM and CDM machine always in maintenance. The staff, cleaner and security guard are not friendly. Rude security guard! Chase me when I would ask him about Cash Deposit Machine around 8pm
