Best places: Hiking areas in Flic en Flac, Mauritius

👍👍 This is a must when visiting Mauritius! For sure is one of the best memories I have from my trip. Yudish is the most amazing guide, always taking care of the group, sharing stories about the place and telling about the history. Don't hesitate to live this experience!

👍👍 Nice hike, moderate difficulty. Nice view on top with both the sea up to Le Morne in between Rempart and Tourelle, and urban cities up to Port Louis. Good shoes, water and spirit will get you on a nice hike.

👍👍 One of the best views in Mauritius. I definitely recommend to go all the way to Southern viewpoint. At places navigation can be tricky as "path" is just climbing up stones till path re-reappears. Also there are great views along the way so it is well suited for beginners who doesn't have stamina to...

👍👍 You have to climb a bit, but it's not that hard. Wear sneakers, also visit the waterfall near, it's worth seeing. Don't go there after the cyclone, wait a few days, you won't be able to passthrough. 15 minutes hiking.

👍 The hike is of level 3.. About 1.8km. There are ropes at certain points to help hikers. The views at the top are just wonderful.

😠 This is a simple parking spot without amenities. No security guard or surfaced parking.
