Best places: Physical fitness programs in Kirtipur, Nepal

👍👍 Started at 71kgs and by the time I am writing this review <3 months later> lost my fat and dropped to 60kgs while gaining muscle mass. Never been so healthier. All thanks to our guru Ashish Shakya, motivating us everyday to eat healthier and give a little extra while giving a proper guidance !

🫤 Stationary bikes weren't working properly and they could do something about the ambience of the place and make it look less damp and dark. Gym instructors were not enough for the crowd and most of them were busy with their own workout. The place needs to be managed better

👍👍 I like everything that this gym offers, inexpensive membership, clean gym, functional equipment, showers, and great vibes. Working out here allowed me to interact with the beautiful Nepalese people. The gym has everything that you need to get a great workout in. I paid $2,500 Rs for a month membersh...

😐 Gym is good but trainers here are more focused on selling their products. If you buy from them they will train you well, otherwise they won't care.

🫤 I will rate it from 2 stars cause firstly i haven't travel or visited out here ....after visiting out there what might happen i could change the star to 5 or 0 also..... I hope i don't have to do that cause this is the place where we could do some sort of exercise and body building works ... 😁😂😁...
