👍👍 Stunning rose garden. Bring a picnic blanket. The palm tree section is too close to the motorway but otherwise a very serene botanical gardens! Definitely explore the African section too, before you wander off too far.

👍👍 A great area from New Plymouth to Fitzroy where the coastal pathway follows the ocean. Lots of walking which I love. Added bonus is the beach, the views & the salty, fresh air.

👍👍 Stunning beach with views out to the Manakau heads. Dog paradise! If you're not into dogs go to Cornwallis beach just around the corner.

👍👍 Great off-lead park for dogs with lots of space. Make sure you bring a towel for the car afterwards as mine enjoy bathing in the mud/water!

👍👍 It's one of the best place I have visited. It's quiet, peaceful. You can just sit back and relax. One of our favorite spot for family picnic.

👍👍 A beautiful large park with open spaces for off lead dog exercise, children's playground and a lovely walking path through wooded areas. Beautiful.

👍👍 The bmx pump track is excellent and a well maintained facility. We spent most of our time in the aptly named 'spooky forest' riding the kids loop mountainbike trail. Great for junior beginners.

👍 Great place for your dog to socialise with other dogs off lead. Separate large and small dog areas make this a much safer place to exercise you dogs.

👍👍 Love this reserve so much! Only 5 mins walk from home and once you get here you hardly notice you're in the middle of a busy Auckland Central suburb. Photos were taken today 23/04/2022 between 2:30pm and 4:00pm. 😍😍😍

👍👍 Great dog park. Dogs love it here. Area for the small dog and bigger dogs. Small dog area is fenced well, puppies can’t get out. Is one of our regular parks.

👍👍 Lovely park, and met some lovely dog owners as well. Nice enclosed place where you can let the dogs run off leash.
