Pros: - clean - helpful staff - close to subway (~400m walk) - justo & bueno across the (very busy) street if you want basic groceries - pool with shaded areas for people to sit - fitness room on 20th floor...

👍👍 Even its very near to the Corredor is very quiet and safe. It has restaurants and convenience stores around. The structure of the tower look strong and very well preserved, rooms are good size, wide windows and some apartments has a wonderful view of the city and others in the front part a pool view...

👍 Rented here for one year. Secure complex, modern with communal Gym & Pool. very quiet and respectable neighbors. Fantastic views at night if your on one of the higher floors.

👍👍 Great apartment building, great views and location. The only downside is the neighborhood around, it's not very pretty but is very safe. This building has direct access to Parque Omar which is a great commodity in the city.

👍👍 Good location, quiet area. The subway is nearby. Shops nearby. The only bad thing is that it cannot be opened from above and the gate is sometimes left open, which makes it somewhat dangerous.
