😠 Customer service: level hopeless. Waiting to pick up online order. There is ONE customer at the desk and another three waiting to receive any service. Behind the counter SEVEN employees with no interest in the customer whatsoever. Even managed to catch five of them in one photo 🤦

Pracownik chętnie poleci ci inne sklepy budowlane bo najwyraźniej zakupy na mniej więcej 15 tys złotych lepiej podesłać komuś innemu, niż załatwić transport w odległości 23 kilometrów od sklepu :) i wcale a wcale nie chciałam by był on za darmo. Pracownik po prostu już nawet nie chc...
