😠 Staff is very rude and unprofessional, Dr Vundla is the best but needs new staff

😠 We watched the videos on the site and it promised a smooth experience. 50 minutes later we were still waiting. And there was no body else waiting. Sincerely hope that this ain’t the standard efficiencies during a crisis

😠 Dentist Pema is a coward who likes to torture his patients under operation with useless bicker and gossip that is condescending and dangerous. He is a useless dentist and he has been reported to the medical board.

😠 Had a bad reputation but decided to try for myself. I had to visit another dentist to have his work corrected 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤔

😠 Felt cheated! I had an appointment to see an ORTHODONTIST, but was attended to by a DENTIST! They took pictures and X-Rays and sent to Dr Ngema via Whatsapp! Diagnosis was remote, my questions were not answered! I was billed at Othodontist rates! Is this legal???

😠 Your admin support is very rude Dr and you will lose a lot of business if she continues to work for you . She told me straight to go where my colleague got hers done while I was still explaining how my colleague got her braces done with her medical aid 🤦🏿‍♂️ Ddnt even let me finish
