🫤 I feel like "nobody knows my name." When you walk in, you feel so anonymous. In healthcare, the golden ticket is to feel known (cared about) by the staff. This matters a lot. This is more of an assembly line which is how you manufacture a product.

😠 Tiffany was not helpful in anyway, she talked over the top of me and didn't take it seriously that I need someone to pick up a collection kit as I'm currently bed bound. The phlebotomy tecks are aways good here. But getting past the front desk is like talking to the X husband. Hardly worth it.
