Edit: After spending a week in Tam Coc and trying out restaurant this on is definitely the best and by far, tastyiest food around town, worth getting out of the center to get to this hidden gem!

👍 They make their own noodle here and the texture and taste are good, but it’s served without flavor, so the system here is you need to use the seasonings and sauces to flavor your bowl. As a foreigner, i’m not used to doing this and it would be better if that’s served already ready to eat.
