😐 Generally reception staff are wonderful. Some Drs are great, others not so great. That can be personal choice I guess. Beware of those that like you to rebook for every tiny thing, charge for another appointment when sometimes in my opinion it isn't warranted.

😠 Unfortunately can't give 0 stars. Quite possibly the rudest and worst treatment from Dr Mark Keen. Will be looking into making a formal complaint about his behaviour and nasty attitude. Avoid at all costs. Especially if dealing with serious mental health issues.
