😠 I dealt with a lady at the Bowral branch called Caitlin, she was so awful and rude. I don’t think it’s hard to have a nice approach, if you can’t deal with your customer in a nice manner don’t work in a business that needs to accomodate to customer service. totally disgusted.

😠 Literally hopeless. Had them three times on a school camp in 2019. One of the guides took the food (allegedly). They took us Belanglo National Park; fortunately we were able to escape alive. Shame the whole thing didn’t rain out.
