😠 Got an açai bowl more like a melted bowl of ice cream with some toppings! Won’t be returning especially after a 20 minute wait for the bowl and another 15 waiting on a juice. Staff didn’t even know what went on the açai bowl. Would prefer a refund

😠 Chip & gravy are horrible. The chips aren’t crispy or tasty and gravy taste that okay. Priced higher than the standard for Ballarat which is strange considering there’s a lot of competitors selling better chips.
