I was sad to be treated rudely by the waitress when I asked for a cup of hot water - eye rolling and having an attitude is very poor form ... there are better places in Berry to go to with impeccable service and food ... also charging people $2 for boiled water is ridiculous - won’...

😠 Pre Covid this Cafe WAS GOURMET....all types of delicious foods. Now, well. The scones were a day old and heavy 😠 Cream came out of a CAN 🤬 Jam and butter came in throw away patts 😡 I asked for cup size coffees, we received mug size. Why call it a gourmet deli and cafe when it certainly is NOT.

😠 Came here without reading reviews, big mistake. Slow service, and was overcharged on account of it being a public holiday. It is not a public holiday today. Also table was dirty and there was literal sand in our water.
