😐 Service outstanding and helpful. Really REALLY let down by the kitchen. Ordered steak medium rare but came out at best well. Was so hungry by the time it came out I just started eating. Raised issue with staff who was, again, helpful and apologetic, but really underwhelming meal that price.

😠 We had a party of 40 in lounge bar after Saint Patrick's race day and were told that they were closing that bar because they were too busy..... How much sense does that make? To get drinks we had to go to one of the other already overcrowded bars and make our way back to the lounge bar.
