👍👍 I purchased gorgeous pearl earrings in May 2021. The service was exceptional and the quality amazing. After a few months the catch on one earring didn't work securely. As I live interstate, CBP were happy for me to post the earrings back, they fixed the catch at no cost to me and posted them back....

😠 Very disappointed. Horrible communication. Faulty jewellery that had to be returned 4 times. Then they refused to refund. Then because I wanted to return the rest of the set they blocked me from contacted them. Very unprofessional and we have been absolutely ripped off! Spend your money elsewhere!
