👍👍 Very good pub near the riverfront that has been refurbished. Large spacious dining area. It has a typical pub menu - steaks, parmis, seafood etc - but our 'roast of the day' was anything but typical. A huge pork rib, succulent and delicious flavour, generous crackling, very tasty roasted vegetables...

😠 The new club looks fabulous but the meals are terrible! I had the steak with ‘slaw’ and chips. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was medium on one half and well done on the other. It was dry as an old boot! The chips were cold and dry and the ‘slaw’ was just thick cut onion with a buck...
