😠 Very disappointed with the level of service I received today. The staff was in rush, did not respect my concern and was not polite during the procedure. I have been going to laser clinic Australia for the past 7 years and it was the worst experience I have ever had.

🫤 You simply can’t book into this place. They never answer the phone or return your calls and when I made an online appointment it had to be weeks in advance and they cancelled on me. I am asking for a refund. Have given 2 stars as when you do get in the treatments are fine.
