👍👍 Once again the Canberra Emergency vet has come to our rescue. They were able to stitch up our dog after a run in with a kangaroo. They provided frank advice around cost, made us feel involved and informed and followed up on his recovery. Such a valuable service staffed by wonderful, sensible people.

😠 I found the receptionists very cold money based and when finally seen by vet I found her cold as well. Will never go back again I am glad did not sign up to Vetpay at 18% which I was not told about.Have been to many vets in Queensland Canberra and Sydney the worst by far as caring attitudes ....
