😠 I am writing this review to warn others about Freedom's failures in customer service. Just an FYI: if your furniture arrives damaged or stained after unboxing then the only way to rectify the situation is by submitting a claim online. The store that you purchased your furniture from will do nothing...

😠 Customer service is terrible. Ordered 5 items of furniture back in August, it’s now mid December and have only received half of it. No communication, when I can eventually get hold of them, the manager blames everyone else. Would not buy from here again.
