👍👍 Spectacular! So glad I visited. The whole area is so beautiful. We made a day trip down from the Gold Coast and had a lovely drive to the Point. Parking available but a bit busy on the weekends. Nearby markets and township made for a great day trip.

😠 This place is in an appalling and neglected state with squatters everywhere, piles of rubbish and the stench of raw sewerage. The road to the lake is blocked by squatters who have built lean-tos on the lane way. Have never seen such a terrible nature reserve. Even the wild animals wouldn’t like it.
