😠 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service, they don’t return phone calls, no follow up support. All they do is blame each other in their office, then say they will get someone to call back and never do. Their installer never showed up for the job and now they refuse to arrange another one....

😠 Checked in-store stock online for a battery and it said it had several in stock at this store. Hence, I drove a reasonable way there. However, when I arrived the battery section shelves were practically bare, and the staff didn't care at all. "Oh, sorry. Go try somewhere else."

👍👍 The good guys Brighton has a great range of products, and they carry the spare parts and perishables required to maintain those products (unlike some competitors). The team is attentive and asked me if I needed help several times during my vist. There is also ample parking onsite.
