😠 I've been waiting for my order over 3 WEEKS. I have emailed them few times, and each time I've heard my order is going to be sent between tomorrow and day after. I asked to cancel my order but they were using the time with slow replies. Very bad experience, won't be shopping there again.

😐 1) Great facials 2) Friendly colour matching service for the Youngblood cosmetics 3) horrible waxing burns on my eyebrows the day before my sisters wedding where I was maid of honour. Oh and I had to ask for the refund for that too. So yes, great facials but steer clear of their waxing.
