😠 I arrived at 8.55am to get an urgent blood test, asked receptionist if I needed to print the request as it was emailed to me by a doctor I was told no. Waited 45 minutes was called in to get my blood test the lady asked for my request which I showed her on my phone she said I needed an actual copy....
