👍👍 Went in for a blood test at the Mulgrave site. The nurse I had was very professional. She seemed to be of Indian background. Gentle and quick and professional at the same time.

👍👍 Exceptional service. Was greeted by warm and friendly staff. They’re busy for a reason, it’s because they’re good at their job. If you aren’t prepare to wait then go elsewhere. For me, and anyone with difficult veins, I highly recommend this place.

👍👍 Blood collection centre. Had no issues, entire process was painless and easy. Normally go to Dandenong Hospital for blood tests but will be going here in future. The collection staff here do an excellent job and makes you feel completely at ease with the process.

😠 I am never coming back. Had a blood test done last 23 oct and had me pay before taking my blood. So i paid in an instant (overseas cover - no medicare). I was told they will mail my official receipt after 1 wk but did not receive it. Made a follow up over their hotline and spoke with a condescending...
