😠 Sarah was very very rude, has zero customer service. We purchased few chairs and she was of no help. I believe no one cares about customer service. Even people around her did not say anything, shannon was kind enough to direct us the right way.

👍👍 I love shopping at Phoenix. They have a great range of garden products, fountains, ornaments, pots, hardware, chicken and horse stuff and heaps more. The staff are helpful and friendly too. If you are into gardens don't miss this place.

😠 Seems like lots of people work here with nothing to do. All walking around in every direction with very few customers. Like 3 while i was there and it seemed like it was a hard task to help me . Not what I expected from a mitre 10 store .
