😠 Some of the rudest service I've ever experienced. Treated like a number by reception then when paying the account wouldn't process the Medicare claim despite doing so two weeks prior. Indifferent and unpleasant. Go elsewhere probably Sydney. Not recommended

😠 WTH!? I rang Gosford hospital tonight and 2 (two) staff, one by the name of Donna, after having given me bogus information, hung up on me for nor good reason! Very impolite! Get some better telephone staff!!!!

Bit of misleading advertising there? Everything I’ve had over the course of several visits has been extremely bland....
