👍👍 Went in for my first ever skin check and saw Dr Jacqueline Koo, she was extremely thorough and so friendly which made the process very comfortable. Had a couple of visits there now due to having a biopsy done and rechecks, reception staff and nurses have all been great every visit as well.

😠 Abysmal!! Unprofessional & disorganised. After 4 yrs with thIs practice they lost all my daughter's records over a 2 yr period. How does that even happen. The doctor was so rude and disinterested today, I was horrified. I am beyond disgusted. All the good doctors have left.
