😠 We’re staying at Ocean Centre Hotel and their room service is provided by The Provincial Geraldton.
We ordered salt and pepper prawns and when it arrived it was 4 tiny prawns and it was $18. Seriously $18 for 4 prawns and a lemon wedge.

😠 Terrible service, barstaff were rude and short, like they couldn't be bothered working. Asked for Garlic Bread to come out with main course "It comes out when it's ready". Hope the food is better than the rude service!!!! Nup, food terrible also. Salad dry with no dressing, mushroom sauce tasteless....

🫤 Need to sanitise your tables and chairs properly before people just walk in and sit down. Clearing tables took a long time after patrons left. The sign that tells you to "Wait to be seated" is towards a door that is not currently used and there are no signs at the walk in door...
