👍 The staff were very busy just after Christmas. I was buying a boogie board for my eight year old nephew. I was totally out of my depth. The customer care was excellent. The smile on my nephew's face was priceless. A good store for all sporting needs. An added bonus is plenty of parking.

😠 bought a floor to ceiling ball which had a dodgy bladder. Staff denied refund or exchange even though it was returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Store policy doesn’t override consumer rights and i shouldn’t have to argue this with staff that can’t be bothered doing there job to a proper standard.

😐 Most of the closing here seems to be marked good prices especially when it’s on special however the quality does not seem to stand up and when prices are not marked as special it is not so good. The service was reasonable.
