😐 Most of the staff are friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Some seem rude, and are always grumpy. For example, I recently visited the store to obtain a Passport Renewal Form. I was then told that I had to visit a website to download the form. The woman serving me seemed annoyed explaining this to me....
