😠 Food was absolutely shocking and the Parma had bones in it. I personally wouldn’t feed it to my dog. The steak sandwich was cold and tasted like leather. One of the worst experiences of my life. Wouldn’t recommend going here and not coming back anytime soon.

👍👍 An excellent gym! The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. The community is very supportive and encouraging. The programming is challenging and enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym to either drop-in for a class if you’re passing through or make it your new regular gym if you’re local.
