😠 Extremely put off by the horrible customer service received here. Do not count on this local Woolies for welcoming and approachable staff. The manager was incredibly rude, dismissive and turned around without addressing concerns. He had a terribly arrogant attitude.

😠 Yesterday we went to the malvern east store and bought a bottle of milk.expired milk i would say. We bought it yesterday with date 30th dec. When gone to exchange it, he gave weird attitude. He did not give us a new bottle of milk.They we kept the milk on the counter and went. I hope the owner check...

😠 Very rude service by the lady wearing a pair of round glasses, they sell the products at different price on what they said on the shelf. If you are the owner, please educate your staff well, or at least sell at the same price on the shelf.
