👍👍 Nick is a great GP. He treats his patients with dignity, he listens and creates proactive plans WITH you. It seems a really patient focussed clinic. Yes, you certainly pay for it but of the non bulk billing practises I have used, it seems to be more patient driven.

👍👍 I saw Dr Alana Shaw and she was friendly, sensitive, and thorough! Reception staff were lovely and the appointment ran on time. Overall a great experience at Hawthorn Medical.

😐 DR. MARK SCHULBERG IS RUDE, INEFFICIENT UNHELPFUL AND VERY DISMISSIVE PERSON. HE IS INCOMPETENT TO THE MAX. AND SO IS THE RUDE HORRIBLE ARROGANT SECRETARY WITH THE EUROPEAN ACCENT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHAM PEOPLE.

😠 Extremly terrible service, they arranged you an appointment but let you wait for 1 hour+. No followup for your preview result thus you have to call hundreds of time to get an appointment plus their standard consultation is totally not worth the price. So stear away from this one.

👍👍 Always lovely, patient and polite, Doctors never seem to be rushed and you don't feel like any old number, personable and approachable. Very understanding. I feel very comfortable going to this clinic. Highly recommend!
