👍 I walk my dog around the pathway surrounding the Batemans Bay Marina and there’s a tranquility about this place with the sailboats and yachts and catamarans docked here that is special. It’s a great place for quiet contemplation and to recharge my batteries before stepping back into the end of days...

👍 Some cool spots here, but a lot of Deua seems like steep, overgrown rubbish, or access is disallowed. The main thoroughfares are kept in great nick, and it's good that camping is allowed in many spots. They should let hunters in to deal with some of the feral animals.

😐 Cool spot but hard to get up there on a rainy day. A bit of dirt road and our car got stuck on the last uphill section. Basic facilities and the lookout is surrounded by trees so you actually have to walk around to get a view of Bateman bay harbour and water. Not bad but I would be back there again.

👍 Pretty little coastal town, lovely promenade walk next to beach to watch whales breaching whilst heading south and dolphins playing in the surf (October). Very nice coffee shop (tuross boat shed & cafe) right on the water with tasty fish & chips etc etc (and licenced too...)

Set in a 1905 courthouse, this museum offers exhibits & artifacts on the region's history.

Bird & wildlife park in 8 acres of native bush with a train, playground & picnic area.
